I prefer fixed-priced builds. I want to be as transparent as possible during the building process, and I think it is best to keep the work within your budget.

My Fixed Price quotes will help you to plan how you will distribute your budget correctly throughout the project.

Nothing hinders the enjoyment of building a dream home like going over budget or being stung with overwhelming variation costs.

I stand by our Pricing. I am firmly against loading our estimates and quotations with vague Provisional Sums or underpricing with limited information only to sting you with a flood of variations and 'extras' costs once I have secured the build.
